TREE OF SMOKE HQ (LAPTOP)

Brief - Philippines, 1963, a CIA employee, Skip Sands (Peter Boyd), is living in a villa working to cross reference a catalog of South East Asian intelligence gathered by his uncle Francis Xavier Sands. Meanwhile, a young Marine from Phoenix, Pvt. William Houston (Patrick Gathron) is stationed at the U.S. Naval base on Subic Bay waiting to find his way into the conflict slowly growing in Vietnam. Both men become lost in the haze of confusion manifest by the assassination of President Kennedy and the churning tides of the early 1960's.
